Conceived from a need for a lightweight coat to have with me in the studio to throw on and go to meet with a contractor, pull some new swatches or to just run across the street for a coffee. Great for outings of all styles and purposes, this coat is similar to a robe or errand coat in that you can pop it on anywhere, and go. With big pockets for ample storage (yas!), no hardware, and my signature open design that is aways size friendly, this coat is made for both warm weather outfits, as well as cold weather layering.

MAINTENANCE

100% Domestic Cotton

This denim has been washed for shrinkage after making the garment (garment-washed). Because of this, there will be minimal to no shrinkage upon your first home wash and your coat will fall and wear like you’ve had it for years. Garment washing will also minimize dye transfer when wearing, and washing at home.

Denim typically shouldn’t be washed often, particularly in a machine, but this a guideline for denim, not a hard-fast rule. Spot clean and steaming is advised for daily maintenance. Avoid bleaches, fabric softeners and even detergent as these chemicals degrade clothing fiber and the denim wash color. Dry Clean is also optional for a finished, pressed look.
