RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All clothing is made with extreme care.  Fabrics have been extensively tested and worn for quality and garment longevity.  Because of this, please follow all wash and care instructions to keep your Tiny Closet Collection piece like new.  Wash and care instructions can also be found on each product page of The Tiny Closet Collection website.

RETURNS will be accepted with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if shipped back within 14 days of the the date delivered.  Shipments received outside of the 14-day return will be shipped back to the sender without a refund.  Items returned should be in their original condition (not washed, worn or altered in any way) with their original accompanying shipping invoice.  Sale and Sample items are  not eligible for a refund.

For EXCHANGES please contact us by filling out the form on our Customer Care page to request an exchange.  We will be happy to discuss your options.  Contact must be made within 3 business days of delivery so that we are able to help you the best we can in exchanging your current order.    Shipments received back for an exchange without prior contact will be returned to the sender.  Sale and Sample items are not eligible for exchanges.  Only full-price items can be exchanged.

When returning or exchanging, we recommend using a carrier service that offers tracking and insurance.  Any returns or exchanges lost in transit are not the responsibility of The Tiny Closet.

DAMAGES

Orders received damaged will be promptly refunded in full.  Contact must be made using the form on our Customer Care page within 3 days of order delivery and we will email a return shipping label.  Item must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt of the return shipping label.  Once received back, a full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued.

Though refunds are issued immediately upon receipt and inspection, please allow 7-10 business days for all refunds to reflect with your financial institution.
